Production Material Procurement
Dr. Cooksey was given a list of product names and their corresponding websites. She was instructed to procure the material without letting manufacturers or distributors know that the material was for anything other than a construction project. Material was purchased the same way a contractor's purchasing agent would do it. The significance of this is that the material procured was production, off-the-shelf material. The same material you would find on a jobsite.
Next came the blind testing of this production material.
